  <title>Ad hoc Recruitment Board to oversee Civil Servant recruitment</title>
  <description>The Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development has launched an ad hoc Recruitment Board to oversee the recruitment of Civil Servants.

 

The Minister of Public Service and Human Resource Development, Bangasi Bakasoro on Tuesday announced the establishment of the ad hoc board to oversee the recruitment of civil servants in the public service sector, as part of new reforms to ensure only qualified personnel are employed into government offices.

 

The Undersecretary in the Ministry of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development says the ministry will start immediate implementation of the new policy. 

 

In this interview with Radio Miraya, Undersecretary Juma Yoane said the Board will ensure recruitments of all classified and senior staff are based on merit.
