rich 1.0 RNIB Scotland has launched it's Manifesto, ahead of the Scottish Parliamentary Elections in 2021. The Manifesto is produced ahead of political elections, and in some cases local by-elections, to put forward the worries, concerns and asks of blind and partially sighted people.
