rich 1.0 South Sudan has in recent past become highly vulnerable to climate change whose notable results include flooding and droughts. On the Miraya breakfast this morning, most stories we featured were talking about floods and how people have been affected. The good news is that most of the affected people have at least began receiving humanitarian assistance.
