rich 1.0 President Salva Kiir has dismissed rumors of tension being reported in Juba.  Addressing a press conference in Juba this afternoon, President Kiir said the deployment of security forces in town was meant to deter suspected criminals intending to cause insecurity in residential areas where senior government officials reside.
