rich 1.0 I’ve spent over 15 years working at the top level of endurance sport, coaching and developing European and world champions, and running a professional triathlon squad based in Cyprus. My background spans football, boxing, athletics, and triathlon, and I’ve also worked as a life coach and motivational speaker. But what really makes my story different is this: In 2011, I suffered a serious cycling accident that left me with a brain injury. I was told I might never walk properly again. I experienced memory loss, speech issues, and extreme chronic fatigue to the point where even walking a few metres was a struggle. 12 months later, I completed a full Ironman.
