rich 1.0 The man who told investigators that Shanna Gardner and Mario Fernandez Saldana paid him to kill Jared Bridegan has taken the whole account back. Henry Tenon confessed, pleaded guilty, agreed to testify, then told the court in January 2025 that his testimony against them was false. A judge let him withdraw the plea in February 2026, and prosecutors raised no objection. Gardner's trial follows Fernandez Saldana's. Her jury selection starts August 31 and her trial runs September 8 through 25, which puts the people who will judge her in a courtroom days after the first verdict is read aloud in public.
