rich 1.0 In this week’s Short Story Wednesday, it’s just Brent and Mikaela, and things get a little bit all over the place. 😂 We’re calling out a few states that apparently need to step up their Angels Among Us listening game, talking about hitting more than 100 episodes, dreaming about some new Angels Among Us merch, and sharing a beautiful story about a little boy who remembered the grandfather who “brought him to earth.” But underneath all the fun is a reminder we both needed. Sometimes God’s answers don’t come through huge miracles. Sometimes they come through a phone call, a friend who stays, a spouse who carries us through a hard season, or someone who says exactly what we needed to hear. And sometimes the difficult things we go through are the very experiences that help us come to know our Savior personally. Brent shares why he can say with confidence, “I know that my Redeemer lives,” and Mikaela reminds us that when heaven feels quiet, the answer to “Where are You, God?” may be standing right beside us.
