rich 1.0 This week we will discuss product recalls and your health. According to WEBMD: A product safety recall happens when a consumer watch group or a manufacturer finds problems with a product. Lots of items can be recalled. Some products that are commonly recalled include: Food products, like meat or vegetables Medication and medical devices Children's products, like safety seats Car parts ​ If an item is recalled, you may have to throw it away, return it, or exchange it for a similar or newer product. ​ Did you know that in the United States, six federal agencies have now joined forces to provide better service in alerting the populace of unsafe, hazardous or defective products. That website is simply Recalls.gov! At least they made that part very easy to remember! I'll put links on our website for more detailed information.
