The state’s AI Responsibility and Transparency Act requires companies to provide disclosures when AI is used in certain employment decisions, and adds safeguards for AI chatbots, including protections for minors. The law also creates programs aimed at responsible AI development and workforce training. What does this mean from an employment standpoint?
