rich 1.0 Beach Boy? Beach cousin? Robb settles on “Beach Fella”—and Josh is determined to poke holes in his argument. Josh Sroka and Robb Spewak celebrate episode 007 with a Halloween opening, a spirited Ted Lasso debate, and a question for anyone who keeps The Office running in the background: has Parks and Recreation aged better? Then Robb’s Beach Boys rant turns into a bigger conversation about aging performers, protecting a musical legacy, and knowing when to leave the stage. Brian Wilson, Mike Love, John Stamos, and a memorable Pet Sounds concert all enter the discussion, while Josh keeps playing devil’s advocate. There’s a heartfelt thank-you to the founders who keep this new show moving, an update on the mystery pants, a surprisingly involved argument about pears, and plans for a Kings Dominion outing. Plus: eye-surgery stories, Josh’s search for hoodie weather, the Florida fire pit that never gets used, and a warehouse-club bonus story that Josh refuses to accept at face value. The tangents are plentiful. The gratitude is real. And the beach fella has entered the chat.
