Romilly Greenhill: Countries have more choice than ever before

ODI Research Fellow Romilly Greenhill talks about the idea of a broader agenda for development cooperation - not so specifically focused on poverty reduction. She also highlights findings from her forthcoming research which shows that developing countries now have more choice than ever before about how to finance efforts to meet their development needs.
