Pinnapple bake

Hello and welcome to Cooking with Christina. Today’s recipe story is from 8 years ago on Thanksgiving. We forgot to buy pineapple bread so instead we created a homemade one. This recipe is called Pinnapple Bake its spelt wrong on purpose. The Pinnapple Bake calls for ½ cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, 5 slices of day old bread cubed, and 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple, drained. Combine cream butter and sugar together then add eggs. Stir bread cubes then drained pineapple into a buttered baking dish. Then bake on 350 for 45-50 minutes. The healthy ingredient in this recipe is the pineapple. A tip for this recipe is do not make it if you’re allergic to pineapple for any other ingredient. Today’s shout out goes to Mrs. Jo Dyson.
