Big Conversation: Disabled Parking

The front page of the Daily Mirror features a picture of George Osbourne parking in a disabled bay at a motorway service station.

Although it's reported that Osbourne was being dropped off while he was inside a shop, the car was apparently moved to a disabled parking bay while the driver waited for him to come back.
