Jun 26, 2013, 01:08 PM

Steve Novotney of AM 1600 in Wheeling, WV interviewed MITCH Collective Co-founder Siena Baldi about the upcoming Insta-tangram project funded in part by a Spark Award through The Sprout Fund. 20 youth groups and artists created drawings of tangram shapes that were etched out of wood with a laser cutter. The tangram shapes were arranged into different designs including animals and human poses. A steamroller was used as a printing press to create 3'x3' prints on paper and fabric at outdoor art festivals in Martins Ferry, OH and Wheeling, WV in June 2013.
