Young Advisor interviews Howard League Community Award Runner up, Stockwell Park Estate Job Fair 1/2

In this interview, U R Boss Young Advisors interview one of the runner up projects in the Howard League Community Awards Children & Young People category - the Stockwell Park Estate Job Fair.

As Young Advisor Danielle explains "I liked the project because I liked the fact that the police were getting involved with the community in a positive way, and show that they’re not just there to arrest them and lock them up."

The police officer responsible for setting up the project explains it was based on seeing a need for "diversion, away from violence and [young people's] lives of crime". He said they’d say "seriously I need a job, I wouldn’t be doing what I’d be doing if I didn’t have a job".
