Work for your benefits. That's the expected headline from George Osborne's Tory party conference speech today. The Chancellor will say the long-term unemployed will have to undertake work placements in return for their benefits. From April, people who are jobless after being on a Work Programme for two years will face three options, including community work, or face losing their dole.
