Where have all the buses gone? Major roadworks in Richmond

The roads in the center of Richmond are seldom quiet, particularly so on a weekday evening. Yet tonight not a single bus is passing Waitress and their passengers have apparently gone elsewhere. The reason? A lot of drilling, digging and resurfacing causing the closure of a major junction on the one way system.
