Arnold Clark cares for my car?!

Service manager Linda says about my car "Its just a black car" & "A black car with scuffs" & "Bet you, the black car next to you has scuffs on it too" They offered a valet and polish! Couldn't care less could they?! Paperwork had 1 mark confirmed for my car on it when viewed on the day, copy I've been sent seems to have additional marks on it?! After changing her story from "possibly not" - Linda is now "100%" positive the marks weren't the fault of her staff despite admitting she wasn't with my car at all times - lets see this tested in court then.

Arnold Clark also claimed my spare tyre has went from 7mm (last 2 garages measurements) to 8mm tread when they measured it.
