Why Conservatives H&F councillors holding private meetings with NHS bosses? H&F Council agreed with NHS plans to downgrading Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals without any participation of Labour councillors or Save Our Hospitals campaigners, residents feel betrayed by the current administration. Cllr Stephen Cowan, Labour Leader of the opposition of H&F Council asks at the cabinet meeting to allow the Labour councillor, Rory Vaughan to be able to participate in these meetings. Why are the Conservative councillors so secretive?
