Stormont spends £220k of public funds on staff courses. A good use of taxpayers' money?

Irish News reports Stormont is spending thousands of pounds of sending staff on courses branded 'ridiculous' by the Tax Payers Alliance. It reports this morning that more than £220, 000 of public funds was spent by the Northern Ireland Assembly in 2011 in training courses.
