World War Two remembered

A D-Day veteran from Sussex has been in Normandy to mark the 70th anniversary of the invasion which changed history.
Before crossing the Channel, Mark Carter went to meet 88 year old Fred Glover at his home in Rottingdean.
Fred was 18 at the time. He was injured and subsequently captured by the Germans, before eventually making his escape from a Paris hospital.
