Scottish Borders Enterprise

A committee of MP's have published plans this morning that could see the creation of an "Enterprise Agency" that would cover both Southern Scotland and Northern England.

If the plans get the go ahead then parts of Northumberland and Cumbria could benefit from the plans.

David Rhodes heads to Galashiels to gauge whether there's support for such an idea on both sides of the border.
