Nigeria: for poorer or for richer?

#Nigeria has long earned huge revenues from its #oil, yet most people remain desperately poor. Now, some argue that the development of the country will finally mean that wealth is trickling down to the poor as well. Really? I've been in Lagos to see for myself.
