Monthly bin collection row continues - who's talking rubbish?

It's the story that was revealed first by the Nolan Show, the change to the black bin collections in Banbridge. We told you how the council was to introduce a monthly collection for black bins. It has now been reported in the Belfast Telegraph that the council are now facing a backlash from rate payers who are planning a graduated response until the council listen to them.
