Is it time for Northern Ireland to vote on a united Ireland?

Is the time now right for us to have a border poll here? Scotland has had its say. Should we now have a vote on whether N Ireland should stay in the UK? Sinn Fein has called for a referendum here to decide whether we should have a united Ireland. Martin McGuinness said "things will never be the same again for Scotland or elsewhere", but Peter Robinson says there is no point in a border poll. Well who is right?
