Is now the time for corporation tax cut powers?

Scotland was told it would be rewarded with more powers if the No vote won the referendum, which has sparked optimism that Northern Ireland and Wales can expect the same. One power that has sparked debate here is the devolution of corporation tax, which business leaders have called for with support coming from the Ulster Unionist Party.
