Should I Upgrade My LinkedIn Account?

I am often asked this question so I thought that my blog would be the perfect place to answer it. I wish there was a simple yes or no answer but sadly there is not. I am a big fan of NOT upgrading your LinkedIn account unless you work in a particular sector, or you are time starved.
