The PSNI and Police Ombudsman are the latest key services in Northern ireland to be hit by budget cuts. Yesterday the PSNI announced 300 job losses. That came after the organisation was told to slash 50 million pounds of its spending. That's resulted in the end of the Historical Enquiries Team. And in another blow to victims, cuts have delayed Police Ombudsman investigations into allegations of serious crime by the police in almost 300 Northern Ireland killings.
