Markey Blue is a fantastic band out of Nashville, TN. I called down there and spoke with vocalist Markey and guitarist Ric Latina. They have a brand new album out now called "Hey Hey". From the moment I heard it I knew that I had to have them on the show. Special thanks to Steve Dixon for making it possible! Ric and Markey met when their bands were playing at the same venue. They joined forces, and the rest is history. Lots of nominations and recognition from their peers quickly followed. The sound is described as high-energy "New Indie Soul/Blues".
