Emma Kowa, Sierra Leone MP

Sierra Leone has revamped its Ebola response. The President has replaced the Health Minister with the Defence Minister, who is now in charge of a new National Response Centre. Emma Kowa is an opposition MP in Sierra Leone and she told the BBC about how her own constituency, in Bo West, Southern Province, has recently been under quarantine.
