Ben Bradlee was the editor of a newspaper that caused a political earthquake in Washington.

It was the Post's pursuit of the truth behind a burglary of the Democratic Party headquarters at the Watergate hotel that led to the uncovering of a major political scandal that eventually led to President Richard Nixon's demise.

Many see it as a high watermark for newspapers and investigative journalism.

Michael Goldfarb worked at the Post in the early 1980s when Ben Bradlee was still in charge.

Presenter Jon Bithrey asked him to reflect on how journalism has changed since then.
