432 and the number 9 (abridged)

On Thursday 6th November, Glastonbury Assembly Rooms hosted an unusual exhibition which looked at how to build angelic music from the harmonic overtone series, starting from the tone of A at 432 beats per second. I spoke to Michael Tyack from the band Circulus about the exhibition which concentrated visually on mathematical charts and how they produce sacred geometry. There were enough displays to keep me absorbed for a good few hours. I wandered around a complex system of loud speakers which allowed me to move between specially selected harmonic tones and experience the effects of phasing, binaurals and how my movement alters the sound I hear.
