Jeffrey Peel and NIPSA's Ryan McKinney clash over NI water dispute

The NI water dispute is set to escalate after unions have withdrawn emergency cover arrangements. More than 1,000 workers have already been on a work-to- rule policy since last month. But now they have been asked by the strike committee not to respond to any incidents outside their normal working hours. DRD Minister Danny Kennedy had already warned last month the action could cause "abject misery" to households with fears some could end up having to boil their tap water to make it safe.
