Salt Lake City residents would like panhandling to be illegal.

Chronic homelessness in Salt Lake City is down, but, there are still plenty of panhandlers on the streets. A new poll from Dan Jones and Associates for Utahpolicy.com shows most people don't think it should be legal, but some advocates don't believe it will ever be outlawed.
