State officials make new protocol regarding blue-green algae in Utah's waterways

If you've been on Utah Lake, you may have seen the water sometimes look like a bright neon green substance. Two dogs died from drinking the toxic water last year. Now, the Utah Department of Health and the Utah Division of Water Quality are teaming up to decide how people should be warned about any potential problems.
