Environmental advocates say more national monuments are a good idea

Gov. Gary Herbert sent a letter to President Obama, asking him to hold off on designating an areas as a national monument without going through the Public Lands Initiative process first. But, officials with The Sierra Club, Utah Chapter, say more designations would be good for Utah in the long run.
