Mountain Girls so Proud

Now safely back home, the Garrison girls who took on Mount Kinabalu for charity are reflecting on their personal achievements and just how tough the challenge was. Jemma Reece and Lizzie King were part of a dozen-strong team, which was raising money for research into Motor Neurone disease and a cancer care charity. They popped into the studio to tell Sarah Maddison how the trip had affected them both physically and emotionally.
