Enter and View

Bradford LINk, like other local involvement networks in the country, has the power to enter and view publically funded health and social care services to make sure they're doing a good job. We have trained 23 members of the public to carry out these visits. They can happen if there is a problem with a particular service or if the service is doing a really good job and wants to share its successes. These volunteers are called authorised representatives. Hear about why they wanted to become authorised representatives and what they learnt in their training course.
