Hi @akrabat
I would clearly draw the line bewteen 'sharing' content with your network and passing off content as your own or taking credit for it or using it to promote or profit from directly yourself without permission. I have seen IG users 'outed' for just copying other people's photos and passing them off as original and I think that is right that they are outed.

Maybe thats one of the great things about Audioboo ... you would , for example, have a hard time copying my boo and passing it off as your own - unless you completely repeated what I said. In which case I would hunt you down ;)

Thanks for your thoughts
Kate

Listening through your past entries, so a little late to this :)

I think that it's fundamentally wrong to assume that just because it's "out there" you can re-use it. The law disagrees too. As an analogy, you would not take a car just because it's been left in a car park.

Though I do agree that in the same way that you shouldn't leave jewellery on a table in a pub, you shouldn't put stuff up on the Internet and assume that it'll be "private".

Regards,

Rob...
