David Cameron Plays Down Boris Speculation

The Prime Minister has told LBC 97.3 the government will keep to its economic strategy despite warnings that the economy is to shrink by 0.4% this year.

The International Monetary Fund has downgraded its previous forecast of 0.2% growth.

David Cameron's told Nick that's in line with negative forecasts for much of Europe.

Mr Cameron also played down speculation about Boris Johnson taking over from him as party leader.
