Recording of Mallard driver Joe Duddington recorded in 1944, some 6 years after he and "old blighter" fireman Tommy Brae set the speed record for steam train (still standing to this day) of 126 MPH on 3rd July 1938, on board the sublimely beautiful LNER Class A4 4468 Mallard.
