GCSEs to Chocolate Engineering...

(Broadcast on BBC WM August 2013) One in four youngsters getting their GCSE results this morning wont go on to do A-Levels - and those based here in the West Midlands are facing a battle to get a job instead.

Almost one in five youngsters are out of work in Birmingham - meaning there are fears for those who don't go into training or on to college.

This is the last year of school leavers who can pack in education at the age of 16. The Government's changing the law so from September the age rises to 17.

So this morning on Pete Morgan at Breakfast - we're looking at what options are available for the class of 2013.
