Dec 02, 2013, 04:35 PM

Refugee Action's Philip Clarke, a Liverpool Outreach and Support Project worker, explains why he believes no-one in his city should be living in destitution. Through the project Refugee Action, in partnership with The British Red Cross and local organisation Asylum Link, aims to prevent asylum seekers and refugees falling into crisis. The project's ultimate goal is to leave a lasting legacy and prevent mass suffering on Liverpool's streets.
