Google Hangout Ground Rules

The idea of a #Shine #Google Hangout is to have friendly and supportive #conversations - please treat everyone else respectfully. Please let the Shine staff member running the Hangout know immediately if something said is #offensive to you. Anyone knowingly making offensive or inappropriate comments will be removed from the Hangout, to keep the atmosphere friendly and supportive. Any personal information shared is strictly private and confidential; other people’s personal information is not to be shared outside of the group. #SAFEGUARDING: If something is that gives the Shine staff member concern about a person’s safety, or about a safeguarding issue: (a) Other participants will not share this information outside the session; (b) be aware that the Shine staff member may be obliged to take further action, and the session may be stopped at this point. (If necessary, any issues of this nature would ideally be discussed privately with staff members outside of the Google Hangout event)
