Should drug smuggler be switched to NI jail? #BBCNolan

Its been revealed that the Northern Ireland Prison Service has agreed to the transfer of convicted drug smuggler Michaella McCollum from Peru. Michaella is currently serving a 6 years and 8 months in Ancon 2 prison after she admitted to trying to smuggle cocaine worth £1.5 million out of the country to Spain. The final decision on her serving her sentence in an Northern Ireland prison is a matter for the Peruvian ministry of justice. So is it right that Michaella should be able to here with our prison service picking up the cost?
