Sea Shepherd is celebrating its 40th Anniversary! Captain Paul Watson, Founder of Sea Shepherd, star of Whale Wars, and Ocean Warriors, joins us on 5900 Wilshire. Captain Paul Watson shares the history of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and talks about recent campaigns including saving the Vaquita porpoise in the Gulf of California before they go extinct. Sea Shepherd is now registered in over 40 nations, and has been on 200 missions. Sea Shepherd is working to save endangered species, and marine life including Whales, Dolphins and Seals around the globe. Sea Shepherd's conservation efforts include eliminating pollution in the oceans, such as plastic pollution.
