MPs are to hold an emergency debate today as pressure grows for the legislation on abortion law here to be changed.  The Labour MP Stella Creasy, who proposed the debate last night, says it is wrong that Northern Ireland remains out of step with the rest of the United Kingdom. It comes hot on the heels of the Irish referendum on abortion - a move which Ms Creasy says has 'thrown a spotlight on the situation in Northern Ireland'. So far the Prime Minister, Teresa May, has resisted calls to act here, stating it should be dealt with by Stormont.
