Kuol Manyang: How will we run such large state governments without money?

A senior presidential advisor says one the biggest challenges the newly   formed state governments across the country is going to face is finances.

 

Kuol Manyang Juk says no government can function without money.

 

The advisor speaks in authority having held the position of Defence minister and governor of Jonglei state.

 

Previous to becoming governor of Jonglei, he was Minister of Roads and Transport in the government of National Unity of Sudan.

 

Kuol Manyang sat down with Radio Miraya’s Mach Samuel in Bor, to talk about the functions of the new state governments, elections and much more – including U.S. sanctions against him and South Sudanese individuals.
