Josh Woods is running for Bess Rich's seat after she retires this year.  He wants to work with Neighborhood Captains to team up and set up events in the areas.  After being elected he wants to use these teams to get to what the citizens need.  Issues he would like to deal with are traffic, being responsible for taxes dollars and public safety. votejoshwoods.com
