Plea for Citizen Band Radio Users to Get Off Emergency Channels

Community members are being asked to stop using the emergency channels on Citizen Band radio.

Acting Commissioner of Radio Rescue Emergency Communications, Lee Richards, says a lot of people have been chin-wagging on channels 5 and 35 on UHF radios, which are for emergencies only.
